How To Be A Good College Roomate

You are 18 and going off to college. While it could be exciting it could also be tough. Here are ways how to be a good college roomate.

Be quiet when you see your roomate sleeping. A lot of kids party in college but being a drunk roomate when your roomate is sleeping is annoying and it can cause fights. Besides how would you like it if you had to get up early for class in the morning and your sleep is gettind disturbed?

Talk things out. Everyone does things to get on each other's nerves. When you are living with other people in close quarters it is extremely hard. When your roomate does something that bothers you talk it out instead of fighting.

Try giving each other space. It is great when you are best friends with your roomate. Spending too much time together could be annoying. Even best friends need room to breathe. Have a life outside of your room.

Don't gossip about your roomate. This is hard because everyone gossips. Talk goes back and the people you talk to you do not have to live with. If your roomates find something you said or did it is them that you have to deal with.
